Once you have activated your card you are ready to start loading it with money. There are a number of ways to do this:
- With cash at Paypoint locations
- With cash at Post Office branches
- Via bank transfer
- Using a credit or debit card (restrictions apply)

Balance Alerts
The eccount® has a useful ‘alert’ feature, for example: If your balance drops below a set value you will be sent a text (8p) or an email (free) to let you know. To set this up click on the ‘eccount settings’ tab once you have logged on.
